Products
Most devices we sell are used, refurbished or collectible, and many are single units. Each product page describes the exact device on sale, including its condition grade, inspection report and contents. Please read the listing in full before you buy.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Naira and can change before you place your order. Payment is taken online at checkout, as explained on the payment page. Your order is confirmed once payment is complete.
Availability
Because most items are single units, a device can sell out while you are shopping. If an item you paid for is no longer available, we will tell you and refund you in full.
Delivery
Delivery fees and times are set out on the delivery information page and shown at checkout.
Warranty and returns
Every device has a 14-day warranty from the day it is delivered, as set out on the warranty and returns page.
Sourcing requests
When you ask us to source a device, we will confirm what we found and the full price before you pay. You are under no obligation to buy until you agree to that price.
Older devices and networks
Some older phones only work on 2G networks, and some imported devices need a step-down converter. Where we know of a limitation like this, we state it on the product page.
