Before your order leaves us
Every device is inspected and packed securely before it ships. For sourced devices, delivery starts once the device has reached us and passed inspection.
When your order arrives
Check the package and the device as soon as you receive it. If anything is damaged or not as described, contact us through the contact page straight away with your order number.
Your 14-day warranty starts on the day the device is delivered. See warranty and returns for details.
