Every device in the shop is graded and tested before it is listed, so you know exactly what you are buying. The grade shows as stars on the shop and at the top of each product page.

|---|---|---|
| Sealed | 5 | Factory sealed and never opened. |
| Mint | 5 | Looks and works like new, with no visible wear. |
| Excellent | 4 | Light signs of use and fully working. |
| Refurbished | 4 | Repaired or restored, with replaced parts listed on the product page. |
| Good | 3 | Visible wear such as scratches or scuffs, and fully working. |
| Fair | 2 | Heavy wear or a minor fault, described on the product page. |
| For parts | 1 | Not fully working. Sold for parts or repair. |
What the inspection report shows
- Tested lists each check we ran, such as the screen, keypad, battery, network and camera, marked Pass or Issue. Anything marked Issue is explained underneath.
- In the box lists exactly what you will receive, and says clearly when the original box is not included.
- This unit shows the release year, region and power details for consoles, and the last digits of the IMEI or serial number kept on record for your order.
- Repairs and authenticity lists any replaced parts and how we confirmed the device is original.
The photos on each product page are of the device being sold, unless the listing says otherwise.
